1.Usage: Haiying Diaphragm Valve is specially used to control non corrosive or general corrosive media,The surface of the inner cavityof the valve body is unlined or covered with various optional rubbers. It is suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines.
Applicable temperature :≤85ºC,≤100ºC, ≤120ºC,≤150ºC(according to lining and diaphragm materials)

3.Characteristics
Structural Features:Diaphragm valve is a special form of block valve.
Valve Sealing opening and closing parts to ensure no internal leakage.
Streamlined flow channel makes the pressure loss small.
There is no stuffing box,so there is no leakage.
the valve body and cover are separated by the middle diapgragm ,so that the valve cover,stem and other parts above the diaphragm are not eroded by the medium.

The diaphragm can be replaced and the maintenance cost is low.
the diversity of lining materials can be applied to various media and has good corrosion resistance.
